Our current project is a full site redevelopment in Auckland — taking a tired, end-of-life home and transforming the site into a modern multi-unit townhouse development.

Kauri is managing the journey end to end: acquisition and feasibility, demolition, site clearance and earthworks, and the construction now underway. Every stage is run hands-on, with the same care we bring to every build.
